What you'll do

• Communicate HR policies and regulations
• investigate and document employee relations issues
• represent the company in unemployment claims
• recruit and interview applicants
• handle benefits inquiries and orientations
• process exit paperwork
• maintain HR records and reports
• coordinate reviews, workers’ compensation, and leaves
• provide payroll backup as needed
• process purchase orders and visitor screenings.
