What you'll do

• Under the direction of a registered nurse, assist with activities of daily living, ambulation, vital signs, comfort measures, and other assigned patient care. Support patient experience, safety, and the care plan
• respond to call lights
• communicate concerns to the RN or charge nurse
• document care in the electronic medical record
• and help maintain equipment and unit supplies. Additional technical skills may be required depending on unit needs. High school diploma or GED is required
• CNA or patient care technician program completion is preferred.
