What you'll do

• Advise business clients on contracts, regulatory compliance, licensing, employment, intellectual property, and disputes
• respond to agency investigations and audits
• develop compliance programs, policies, training, and audit processes
• serve as primary client contact
• mentor junior attorneys and paralegals
• improve matter plans, templates, and legal products
• manage scope, timelines, budgets, and service commitments
• and identify adjacent client needs.
