What you'll do

• Provide customer service through the loan or pawn process by educating consumers and making recommendations
• assist with account management and recovery, including collection calls
• pursue performance standards through partnerships, referrals, and store or community events
• develop customer relationships and support store profitability
• coach Customer Service Representatives when applicable
• maintain accurate POS records
• support compliance with company policies and laws
• follow security and opening and closing procedures, including vault, cash drawer, and deposits
• maintain store appearance and coordinate basic maintenance.
