What you'll do

• Develop portfolio recapitalization plans
• evaluate projects and financing sources
• assess effects on cash flow, compliance, rents, and capital needs
• oversee funding applications, financing plans, closings, and negotiations
• supervise project budgets, costs, and schedules for rehabilitation work
• lead and develop project and transaction managers
• coordinate with internal teams and external partners
• and represent MidPen with public bodies and stakeholders.
