What you'll do

• Assign daily tasks to Sales Associates and Utility workers
• greet customers and support a positive shopping experience
• ensure donations and truck shipments are sorted and graded
• support register transactions and online sales processing
• meet daily production expectations
• monitor for theft
• train and advise new team members
• maintain store and donation-area condition and safety
• complete inspections and drills
• prepare schedules and paperwork
• support opening and closing
• assist with truck loads and forklift operation
• and promote recycling and salvage.
