What you'll do

• Guide clients through cybersecurity incidents and data breaches
• advise on regulatory investigations, inquiries, and related litigation
• counsel on privacy, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and risk management
• assist with incident-response tabletop exercises and preparedness
• advise on cybersecurity program development and risk assessments
• analyze state, federal, and international requirements
• coordinate with forensic investigators, technical professionals, business teams, and vendors
• translate technical findings into practical legal and business guidance
• manage time-sensitive client matters.
