What you'll do

• Provide end-user support and system administration for Plex ERP and other assigned systems
• troubleshoot system issues
• coordinate and deliver end-user training and maintain training materials and documentation
• implement business processes and policies that use existing technology effectively
• develop specifications for system development and enhancement requests with users, process owners, and management.
