What you'll do

• Perform basic construction and maintenance on substations, transmission and collection systems, and battery storage systems
• assist with troubleshooting protection and control equipment and relay schemes
• coordinate emergency response and repairs to high-voltage equipment and BESS systems
• maintain high-voltage inventory, equipment, tools, and vehicles
• support balance-of-plant operations and construction
• follow lockout/tagout training and proficiency requirements
• operate the facility safely and in an environmentally responsible manner
• support after-hours emergency call-outs
• coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and landowners
• read high-voltage schematics
• ensure regulatory and market compliance.
