Program Manager, Security Operations

What you'll do

• Coordinate recruitment and placement of embedded employees
• conduct employee check-ins and provide guidance
• manage employee lifecycle, timesheets, expenses, and performance
• serve as relationship manager for client managers
• coordinate with HR and internal teams
• develop proposals and budgets
• vet and train security resources
• provide in-person management and direct executive protection support when needed
• oversee GSOC operations and scheduling
• develop protective operations policies and procedures
• maintain client communication and deliverables.
