What you'll do

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements
• perform business-process and systems analysis
• develop business, functional, and technical documentation
• create process models, workflow diagrams, and process maps
• facilitate stakeholder meetings, interviews, workshops, and JAD sessions
• support project teams
• prepare reports, minutes, presentations, and status communications
• perform gap and root-cause analysis
• support financial-management systems and related reporting where applicable.
