What you'll do

• Coordinate drug tests and background checks
• follow up on missing screening information
• notify managers when candidates are cleared
• process terminations and maintain HRIS records
• partner with Payroll on weekly payroll
• support onboarding, I-9 documentation, ADP processing, and job postings
• respond to employee questions
• manage workers’ compensation claims
• prepare compliance reports and support audits.
