Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Job overview

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) role is onsite in Mount Union, PA, paying $17.50–$19.50 per hour. The position supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home and community settings.

What you'll do

• Assist with daily living activities, personal care, mobility, and companionship
• encourage independence and community participation
• implement individualized care plans and Behavioral Support Plans
• accompany individuals to appointments and activities
• provide transportation as needed
• document services and progress
• and follow confidentiality and HIPAA requirements.

Why this role
