Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager

Handling all supervisory duties for the assigned unit, establishing and implementing employee policies and procedures, mentoring less experienced nurses, maintaining standards of care, reviewing resident records and quality of care, monitoring overall care, addressing resident and family concerns, and representing the unit's interests to upper management.
