Leasing Consultant

The Leasing Consultant role is an onsite position in Framingham, Massachusetts. Compensation is $23–$25 per hour. The role supports the success of the residential community through service to current and prospective residents. The consultant manages the leasing process from initial inquiry through occupancy and maintains communication during tenancy. The work also supports occupancy, resident relations, accurate leasing records, and compliance with applicable laws, including Fair Housing regulations.

What you'll do

• Respond to prospective resident inquiries
• schedule and conduct community visits
• manage leasing from introduction through occupancy
• collect deposits, rent, and move-related funds
• prepare lease documents and follow applicant screening procedures
• maintain leasing and traffic data
• review market trends and competition
• respond to resident concerns and coordinate service requests with Maintenance
• support marketing
• inspect vacant apartments
• maintain community information and follow applicable policies and Fair Housing requirements.
