The Success Coach role is onsite in Youngstown, OH. Compensation is $20 per hour. Youngstown Area Goodwill Industries provides job placement, career coaching, and career development services to clients. The coach works directly with clients to assess needs, develop employment plans, provide job-search and workplace support, and document progress. The role contributes to effective program delivery and compliance while helping clients address barriers to employment and pursue career goals.

What you'll do

• Provide coaching on attendance, punctuality, job-seeking skills, work quality, time management, mobility, money management, accommodations, assistive technology, and employment barriers
• conduct classes and individual sessions on job search, resumes, and driver permit preparation
• conduct intakes and refer clients to community resources
• develop and update individualized training and employment plans
• document services and progress for program and billing requirements
• coordinate with referral counselors and stakeholders
• track outcomes and participate in team meetings and training.
