What you'll do

• Lead customer discovery and technical discussions
• translate customer needs into project requirements and success criteria
• partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations on AI data collection and delivery solutions
• define scope, workflows, data requirements, annotation specifications, deployment environments, hardware needs, plans, timelines, and costs
• manage project delivery, risks, and customer communication
• capture feedback for product development
• support technical proposals, statements of work, and pricing materials
• identify potential follow-on services and projects.
