What you'll do

• Provide interim Director of Nursing leadership at assigned facilities
• assess and stabilize nursing operations during transitions, regulatory challenges, or staffing shortages
• support compliance with regulations and standards of care
• assist with state surveys and audits
• monitor quality metrics and support action plans
• mentor and train nursing leaders and staff
• participate in facility and regional leadership meetings
• support crisis management
• travel frequently to assigned facilities
• assist with onboarding new Directors of Nursing
• report clinical concerns and progress to regional and executive leadership.
