What you'll do

• Provide personal care, mobility assistance, safe transfers, dementia and Alzheimer’s care, medication reminders, meal preparation, companionship, and light housekeeping related to client care.
• Follow individualized care plans and safety procedures, assist with errands and appointments, and report changes in client condition or unusual incidents.
