What you'll do

• Lead enterprise IT operations across end-user support, service delivery, collaboration platforms, endpoint management, enterprise applications, identity and access, and coordination of network, cloud, and infrastructure services. Coordinate security practices, governance, compliance and audit readiness
• pilot automation, analytics, and AI use cases with appropriate safeguards
• manage vendors
• lead technical response to incidents and escalations
• contribute to roadmaps and brief senior stakeholders.
