What you'll do

• Follow recipe directions, diet orders, tray cards, and daily assignments
• prepare food items and serve meal trays
• handle soiled dishes with attention to hygiene
• operate dietary equipment
• maintain clean, sanitized work areas
• work around cleaning agents and routine sanitation chemicals.
