What you'll do

• Direct and supervise hourly team members on assigned shifts
• support product quality, operational efficiency, and guest service
• plan and supervise task completion
• ensure safety, food safety, sanitation, and security procedures are followed
• train team members using company tools
• help maintain equipment and facilities and report repair needs
• perform register and safe audits, deposits, and fund accounting
• investigate and respond to guest complaints
• attend scheduled meetings and training
• recommend disciplinary action
• monitor cleanliness and initiate cleanup.
