What you'll do

• Prepare and serve food, including texture-modified and therapeutic diets, according to the facility menu
• follow applicable food-service standards and procedures
• assist with receiving, storage, preparation, serving, sanitation, and cleaning
• assist dietary aides as needed
• maintain records and reports as required.
