What you'll do

• Manage civil litigation cases from initial pleadings through resolution
• draft motions, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and legal memoranda
• attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• conduct legal research, evaluate evidence, and develop case strategies
• collaborate on complex disputes and trial preparation
• communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and expert witnesses
• maintain case files and deadlines.
