What you'll do

• Manage and coordinate hub operations for safe, timely, and cost-effective shipment processing
• implement quality control
• ensure compliance with DHL, hub, gateway, terminal, airline, and government requirements
• maintain operational records
• coordinate with operations, maintenance, airport, emergency response, customs, and agriculture contacts
• oversee loading and unloading
• supervise identification and segregation of non-conforming and dangerous goods cargo
• supervise 15–25 employees and handle hiring, coaching, training, and development.
