The manager works with the General Manager and department leaders to coordinate front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and other operations. The role maintains brand standards, supports staff, resolves guest concerns, and helps keep the property ready and running smoothly.

What you'll do

• Assist the General Manager with daily hotel operations
• inspect guest and operational areas
• coordinate staffing and department readiness
• identify operational problems and develop solutions
• assist with opening, closing, and Manager-on-Duty coverage as needed
• respond to emergencies when required
• support front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and team leadership
• monitor guest feedback and brand standards
• assist with scheduling, reports, inventory, purchasing, expenses, cash handling, and vendor coordination.
