What you'll do

• Direct field operations, staffing, safety, logistics, communication, and daily activities
• supervise, mentor, train, and evaluate field personnel
• recruit and select staff with Human Resources
• maintain staffing schedules
• monitor field conditions and safety concerns
• coordinate transportation, resupply, communications, and emergency resources
• communicate with Clinical, Nursing, Admissions, and leadership
• support treatment plans within role boundaries
• participate in field activities
• maintain emergency readiness and participate in on-call leadership and crisis response
• review documentation and incidents
• support quality improvement, risk management, licensing, and accreditation.
