What you'll do

• Lead and support Property Management, Compliance, and Data staff
• develop strategic goals and align teams with organizational priorities
• assess staffing and team structures
• improve systems for monitoring operations and regulatory compliance
• develop dashboards and analytics
• oversee property performance and training
• provide strategic input on budgets, maintenance and capital plans, contracts, and housing operations
• supervise team leads
• recruit and develop staff
• represent the organization with government agencies, community groups, and tenants.
