What you'll do

• Provide design-for-manufacturing and assembly input
• translate engineering drawings and configurations into functional hardware
• create and modify work instructions and routings
• improve quality, cost, build sequences, and schedules
• oversee and assist assembly
• define repair and rework procedures and disposition delegated nonconformance reports
• procure hardware, tools, and facility equipment
• maintain equipment and systems
• manage hardware configuration and pedigree
• validate safety procedures
• coach and mentor engineers and technicians.
