Compensation is $22–$23 per year. The In-Store Lead Generator is an onsite role based in Issaquah, WA. This role exists to introduce homeowners to home comfort solutions, energy-saving upgrades, and indoor air quality services while they shop at major home improvement retail locations. The generator acts as a brand representative, engaging customers to schedule free in-home consultations and supporting in-store promotional efforts.

What you'll do

• Start friendly conversations with shoppers about home comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality.
• Explain how ARS helps homeowners with heating, cooling, and home comfort improvements.
• Offer customers the opportunity to schedule a free in-home consultation.
• Enter customer information and book appointments for ARS specialists.
• Represent ARS with a positive, professional presence inside the store.
• Work alongside store management and ARS team members to support in-store promotions.
