The ABA Therapist – Center-Based, Douglaston role is in person in Little Neck, NY, and is part-time, with Monday–Friday afternoon hours from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Compensation is $22–$30 per hour. Yellow Bus ABA provides services to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder across New York State.

What you'll do

• Provide direct one-to-one applied behavior analysis therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder
• implement individualized treatment plans and behavior strategies designed by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Licensed Behavior Analyst
• collect and document progress and behavior data
• support communication, social, adaptive, and play skills
• collaborate with supervisors and fellow behavior technicians
• build rapport with clients and families
• follow clinical, ethical, and safety guidelines
• and attend required training, team meetings, and supervision.
