What you'll do

• Provide direct care, medication passes, cooking, bathing, feeding, dressing, toileting, incontinence care, lifting, positioning, transfers, and vital checks
• maintain patient records and reports
• review service plans and report changes in residents’ conditions
• work with other care providers
• maintain clean living spaces
• assist residents with activities
• communicate with residents, visitors, staff, and outside agencies
• perform household chores.

Why this role
