The Operations Manager, Rental Equipment role is onsite in Saint Paul, MN. Base salary is $100,000–$120,000 per year, plus an annual bonus and vehicle allowance. The role leads operations at Custom Truck One Source’s St. Paul location. The manager oversees service, parts, rental, assembly, and sales operations to support operational excellence, customer satisfaction, profitability, and employee development. The role drives site performance and continuous improvement while building a safety- and customer-focused culture.

What you'll do

• Lead daily service, parts, rental, assembly, and sales operations
• manage site performance, financial results, KPIs, and operational goals
• coach and develop department managers and employees
• drive safety, quality, and customer-satisfaction initiatives
• review estimates, repair orders, inventory, and rental utilization
• collaborate with sales teams to support revenue growth
• develop staffing, training, and workforce plans
• improve facility operational efficiency.
