What you'll do

• Assist lead teachers with age-appropriate lessons and activities
• supervise and engage children during classroom activities, meals, and outdoor play
• maintain a safe, clean, nurturing classroom
• build relationships with children, families, and staff
• change diapers and teach self-help skills such as potty training and handwashing
• help implement schedules, routines, and curriculum plans
• observe and report developmental progress and behavior
• prepare classroom materials and provide general support.
