Senior Staff Contracts Manager — Defense Simulation

The role supports compliant proposals and contract performance, manages regulatory and contractual risks, and coordinates with Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, Program Management, and other stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Prepare, review, negotiate, and execute customer contracts and other agreements
• support subcontract and supplier agreements
• administer government contracts and modifications
• serve as a contractual point of contact
• identify regulatory risks
• maintain records
• issue subcontractor RFPs and conduct cost or price analysis when applicable
• maintain a small-business subcontracting plan.
