What you'll do

• Lead and motivate kitchen staff
• communicate with staff, drivers, front-of-house employees, and the general manager
• uphold quality and cleanliness standards
• help organize weekly schedules with the general manager
• perform kitchen tasks including cleaning, preparation, and boxing products
• follow health standards and food safety regulations
• for closing lead duties, order food from approved vendors and maintain accurate inventory.
