Property Maintenance Technician, Housing

Job overview

The Property Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Cincinnati, OH, with pay of $24 per hour. The technician completes routine and as-needed repairs based on work orders, coordinating with property management and outside contractors when needed. The role helps maintain safe, quality housing and supports respectful interactions with tenants and clients.

What you'll do

• Complete unit repairs from work orders
• assess work scope
• remain familiar with EPM buildings
• contact contractors for work outside the maintenance team’s scope
• purchase supplies and maintain receipts or logs
• follow safety protocols
• communicate with property management
• use de-escalation tactics as needed
• work collaboratively and respectfully with tenants and neighbors.
