Commercial Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Commercial Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Indianapolis, IN. Compensation is $22–$28 per hour. What you'll do

• Complete assigned maintenance service requests
• conduct monthly building inspections, including elevator and fire systems
• perform minor plumbing repairs, painting, and basic carpentry
• reconfigure office spaces and furniture
• document inspections and work
• follow safety standards
• carry a company cell phone for on-call emergency maintenance
• submit timesheets and mileage reports.
