What you'll do

• Manage and develop technicians across assigned sites
• plan staffing, scheduling, coverage, and site visits
• oversee authorized installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and removal of servers and network equipment
• coordinate rack layouts, cabling, inventory, power, and airflow practices
• support deployments, migrations, upgrades, and decommissions
• prioritize tickets and verify documentation and service quality
• participate in the scheduled on-call rotation, including after-hours, weekends, and holidays
• coordinate incident response and change management
• serve as operational contact for colocation providers
• conduct site inspections
• manage assigned budgets and expenses.
