What you'll do

• Complete assigned diagnosis updates and MORS/8 Determinants assessments
• track progress notes and assessments
• coordinate with team leaders and the Clinical Director to ensure assessments and client plans are completed on time
• attend or conduct utilization review meetings when the Clinical Director is unavailable
• review charts for state, legal, and Regional Center requirements
• assist with quality improvement plans, KET records, risk management binders, and customer satisfaction data
• complete assigned paperwork and support staff.
