What you'll do

• Develop annual catering budgets, solicit business, negotiate client contracts, and partner with revenue management
• oversee Banquet Event Orders and coordination meetings
• conduct client menu tastings and site walks
• coordinate with the Executive Chef, culinary teams, and banquet operations
• recruit, train, coach, schedule, and manage catering sales managers and event coordinators
• and ensure compliance with brand guidelines, health codes, sanitation protocols, and liquor liability regulations.
