What you'll do

• Support pricing, ordering, shipping, receiving, inventory tracking, merchandising, and warranty administration
• assist contractors and technicians with product selection
• process orders and confirm availability and fulfillment timelines
• answer customer inquiries and basic technical questions
• identify complementary products
• receive, inspect, stock, and track inventory
• maintain organized displays and records
• follow safety and product-handling procedures
• participate in product training.
