Part-Time Leasing Agent

What you'll do

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property and model tours, track leads, follow up, and assist with lease closings. Help applicants complete applications, deposits, and move-in paperwork
• process rental, employment, and background verifications. Maintain prospect records, update vacancy reports and listings, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments. Conduct property walks, report maintenance needs, support resident renewals and events, and answer resident questions.
