The Commercial Construction Design Associate works onsite in Cedar Creek, TX. Compensation is $45,000–$60,000 per year. What you'll do

• Develop preliminary site and floor plan layouts
• build and maintain coordinated Revit models and drawing sheets
• translate markups into construction documents
• coordinate civil, structural, and MEP backgrounds
• use AutoCAD and/or Revit to produce details and schedules
• prepare export packages
• complete permit forms and upload documents to online portals
• track permit status and review comments
• assist with resubmittals
• coordinate with expediters or jurisdiction contacts as directed
• maintain prototype libraries and track brand program requirements.
