What you'll do

• Prospect through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and partnerships
• conduct virtual and in-person consultative presentations
• present payroll, HR, benefits, workers’ compensation, risk management, and compliance solutions
• manage a CRM sales pipeline
• prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business
• document client interactions and sales activity
• maintain reports and procedures
• collaborate with Sales, Client Services, HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Operations
• meet or exceed sales goals.
