What you'll do

• Support the Maintenance Supervisor in coordinating maintenance
• act as backup for the Maintenance group lead
• assist with manpower scheduling
• lead and train team members
• support preventive maintenance planning
• repair and install equipment and perform building maintenance
• troubleshoot controls and PLC connections
• repair electrical equipment
• perform inspections and adjustments
• operate welding and metalworking equipment and modify equipment
• support quality and food-safety procedures. May operate forklifts and aerial lifts or assist in the parts storeroom.
