The Assistant General Manager — Restaurant role is onsite in Charlotte, NC. Pay is $21 per hour. The assistant general manager supports the General Manager with daily restaurant operations, team development, guest service, and financial and operational performance. By coordinating staffing, inventory, food safety, and service standards, the role helps the restaurant deliver a consistent guest experience and meet its goals.

What you'll do

• Assist with daily operations, including opening and closing
• uphold food quality, service, and cleanliness standards
• oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control
• train, coach, and provide feedback to team members
• support scheduling and staffing
• address team issues
• respond to guest concerns
• support sales tracking, cash handling, budgets, and financial reporting
• maintain records and food safety practices
• prepare reports and implement action plans
• participate in special projects as assigned.
