Affordable Housing Property Manager

The Affordable Housing Property Manager role is onsite in Pasco, Washington, and reports to a Portfolio Manager. Pay is $23–$26 per hour. The position oversees day-to-day operations of an affordable housing community, with a focus on property performance, program compliance, resident service, and a safe community. The manager coordinates leasing, resident relations, maintenance, collections, budgets, vendors, inspections, and regulatory documentation. The role supports stable property operations and fair, consistent service for residents while maintaining compliance with applicable affordable housing programs.

What you'll do

• Manage leasing, resident relations, maintenance coordination, collections, and administration
• oversee eligibility, certifications, recertifications, income verification, and compliance documentation
• maintain resident files
• market units and process applications
• monitor rent collection and delinquency
• prepare budgets and financial reports
• inspect the property and coordinate maintenance and vendors
• respond to residents
• enforce lease terms and housing regulations
• prepare reports and support audits and reviews.
