Tacos El Terry is opening a quick-service taqueria on Broadway, serving made-to-order tacos on fresh handmade tortillas. The role prepares and serves menu items while helping guests with menu questions and requests. It also supports smooth service by stocking stations, monitoring ingredients, checking orders, and following food safety and sanitation procedures.

What you'll do

• Prepare, assemble, and serve menu items according to recipes and portion controls
• interact with guests and provide menu guidance
• set up and replenish food assembly and service areas
• monitor ingredients, supplies, and menu counts
• package and check carryout and delivery orders
• account for items from the station
• maintain food safety, quality, allergy, safety, and sanitation standards
• assist with cleanliness
• work a variety of hours, days, and shifts, including weekends.
