Patient Intake Coordinator

The Patient Intake Coordinator role is onsite in Daytona Beach, FL. Pay is $18.00 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Accelerated Claims helps healthcare providers recover revenue to support patient care in their communities. The coordinator gathers patient and insurance information and investigates medical claims on behalf of clients. Accurate records, timely communication, and adherence to HIPAA guidelines support claims resolution and the company’s revenue-recovery work.

What you'll do

• Interview patients to investigate and resolve medical claims
• provide phone coverage and manage voicemails
• sort and distribute mail
• handle email correspondence
• send faxes, scan, and copy documents
• create patient accounts and maintain accurate records in company and hospital systems
• follow HIPAA guidelines.
